Writers, are you curious about using programs like Scrivener, Ulysses, Bibisco, Manuskript, etc., and other tech tools, open-source options, and apps for writing? Maybe you’re not sure of the benefits, where to begin, or even what’s available. Take our introduction to tools and apps. We’ll cover the basics on how tech can aid creativity, productivity, and organization for writing of all genres.

About the Instructor:

Jennifer Chesak, an East Nashville-based writer and editor, operates an independent publishing and editing company, Wandering in the Words Press. Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism and has had a storied career as a freelance adventure, travel, and fitness writer for publications like Runner's World, Women's Running and Field & Stream online to name a few. She serves as a mentor for Middle Tennessee State University's certificate in writing program, MTSU Write, and is currently working on a fiction novel set in her native state of North Dakota.
