This class is designed for both beginners and seasoned writers, offering a supportive space to explore the depths of your thoughts and emotions. Join Latonya on a journey of introspection, where you'll learn the benefits of journaling, various techniques and prompts, and strategies to overcome writer's block. Discover how to create a personalized journaling routine that fits seamlessly into your daily life, fostering creativity and self-reflection. Engage in optional sharing sessions to build a sense of community and support. Bring your favorite notebook, writing utensils, an open mind, and the willingness to invest in your personal growth.

Straight to the point and practical, Latonya Moore offers large doses of encouragement while remaining realistic when finding and maintaining a joy-centered life. She founded Joy in the Ordinary, a lifestyle blog and podcast. As a well-being life coach, journaling is the cornerstone of the work she does with clients. Practicality and intentionality are a common thread in all the work Latonya shares with the world. She's been featured in Focus on the Family, The Old Schoolhouse, and Kiplinger. In addition, she's appeared on Slate's Mom and Dad are Fighting and NPR's Here and Now.
