When it comes to mental and emotional wellness, writing can be both a life jacket and a hole in your boat. How can we write in a way that is both artistically fulfilling and creatively therapeutic?
In this four-week workshop, utilize the mental health frameworks of mindfulness, self-compassion, and social justice to explore voice and craft in mixed-genre writing. Every week will include a craft talk, writing exercises, sharing, and an opportunity for feedback on your work, as well as on your journey as a writer and human being.
(Note: If you're interested in the class but unable to attend in person, we have a virtual offering starting in January here!)
