Join us for this first in-person gathering for Parent Writers, a group of creative writers who happen to be parents. Facilitated by Porch instructor Loie Rawding!
Parenthood and writing can be a rewarding yet challenging journey, and this event aims to connect you with like-minded individuals experiencing similar joys and struggles, regardless of the stage of parenthood you’re in. There will be a prompt-driven writing session, a chance to get to know fellow Parent Writers, and conversations guided by seasoned instructors who can answer questions about sustainable writing habits, book recommendations, and more. There will be coffee and treats, to help get us through the next few days as we transition out of Daylight Savings.
*Open to all Parent Writers, even if you have not attended a previous meetup!
