This focused 2-hour workshop is for anyone who wants to move from self-doubt to genuine self-assurance. We'll use simple, guided writing techniques—no "good writing" required—to help you build a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself. You'll learn practical methods to challenge and silence negative self-talk, cultivate self-compassion to overcome perfectionism, and use your pen to highlight your strengths and build everyday confidence. Walk away with a toolkit of writing prompts and the clarity to face challenges with courage and kindness.

What Our Students Say

Latonya is a wonderful teacher and person. She gave me useful tools to organize my thoughts and feelings and also helped me to silence the critical voices within that were keeping me from writing consistently.

This was a fun and reflective class. I am so pleased.

The class and instructor were both great!
