Join The Porch and Frist Art Museum on March 28 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. for a drop-in and generative haiku writing session and open mic reading to commemorate 25 years of the Frist Art Museum.

Never written a Haiku before? No problem! In this drop-in hour, you'll learn what a haiku is and how to write one. No experience required, for all ages. Our poems will be themed around the Frist, its birthday, and art in general. If you like your finished poem, read it aloud in the Frist Haiku contest to possibly win a prize and bragging rights!
