Over the course of four weeks, this class will provide both beginners and seasoned writers with a supportive space to explore the depths of their thoughts and emotions. Each week focuses on different aspects of journaling with plenty of opportunities to write during our time together.

In addition, she is realistic about finding and maintaining a joy-centered life. Latonya is a well-being life coach, writer, and teacher.
