In this workshop we’ll explore how to use sensory details to mix poetry and storytelling. We’ll explore how language shapes and texturizes a true story, and discover how investigating with language can lead us to new truths on the page.

We'll be meeting on Zoom for this virtual workshop. When you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains the link for our call.

Alex Clark is a queer poet, essayist, and multimedia artist from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. He has an MFA from Northern Michigan University. He has received a Best of the Net and Pushcart Prize nomination and was runner up in Booth’s 2017 Nonfiction Pop Up contest.
