This is a class to rewire your brain. Be done with feeling guilty that you didn't write, and start getting excited for your writing time! Writing comes back to the very core of who we are. It is a loaded task, often leadened with reverberations from our past experiences and tangled in our sense of self-worth. In this class we’ll draw from creativity experts to dig into what drives us and what stops us when being creative. How do we stay motivated? What is actually making us stuck? When we don't write, how do we deal with the guilty feelings? So often, these questions are framed as issues of discipline, but they are more likely related to our emotions. There will be plenty of writing exercises that don’t feel like exercises at all and conversations that shed light on some of these answers.
