Art Wire 2026: An Inspired Evening of Writing

Wednesday
-
Jun 24
-
Doors at 6:00pm // Readings at 6:30pm
-
OZ Arts Nashville // 6172 Cockrill Bend Circle

Celebrate a year of inspired writing with OZ Arts and The Porch! Join us at OZ for a FREE reading event with the 2025-26 Art Wire Fellows. Each writer from the 10-member cohort will have the chance to share poetry and prose sparked by the past season of OZ performances, including stunning multimedia, dance, music, and theater from around the world.

A unique collaboration between OZ Arts and The Porch, Art Wire is a fellowship program that allows a cohort of writers to experience performances and respond with original writing that is personal, playful, and deeply engaged. The writers come from a variety of backgrounds and have been mentored through the writing process by poet Nina Coyle and the director of The Porch's youth programs, Joe Kane.

This is a FREE event, but RSVPs are encouraged due to limited capacity. Optional donations are welcome to help offset event expenses.

Complimentary beverages will be provided, including wine for those who are 21+.
