Join Hola Yoga teacher and songwriter Ali Sperry and novelist Susannah Felts, cofounder of The Porch Writers’ Collective, for an afternoon of yoga and written reflection designed to encourage a flow state and new paths of creative thinking. Asana practice can help counteract the physical strain of sustained sedentary activity, while releasing stress and opening channels of connection and creativity. This two-hour session will include a slow flow and restorative practice coupled with writing prompts and brief readings. Suitable for those new to yoga and regular students alike. No prior yoga or writing experience is necessary. Simply bring a journal, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
