Studies suggest that writing by hand can enhance creativity, deepen connection to the story, and clarify complex ideas. There’s even brain science that supports the unique magic of putting pen to paper.

In this 2-hour members-only workshop, participants will explore essay excerpts and journal articles on the benefits of writing longhand, discuss common resistances and roadblocks, and engage with writing prompts. Attendees should bring a journal, legal pad, or loose-leaf paper and their favorite writing utensil, ready to get inspired.
